"a fly line runs through it" - pretty clever huh? ok, clever enough. I'm a fly fisherman and a fly tyer. I thought it would be nice to have a place to talk about that - to share that with those who may be interested. so here it is - the angler's quarter. fishing stories, fly patterns, photos, and links to other sites are among what you'll find here - have fun!

OK, I'm officially tired of memories. I want to go fishing for real - right now! Of course I work, I have a family - a wonderful wife and 4 children, I have friends I like to spend time with, etc. I understand why people like me don't get to go fishing much. It gets chunked down the priority list. I will go though. At least I tried, with the Con man, on Sunday. Try, try again, I guess is the operative phrase. I think a trip to the Red River Gorge is in order - Indian Creek sounds good - or Parched Corn. I havne't seen any of those Brookies in quite a while. We shall see - and I'll let you know if it happens - I mean WHEN it happens!
