"a fly line runs through it" - pretty clever huh? ok, clever enough. I'm a fly fisherman and a fly tyer. I thought it would be nice to have a place to talk about that - to share that with those who may be interested. so here it is - the angler's quarter. fishing stories, fly patterns, photos, and links to other sites are among what you'll find here - have fun!

OK, here they are. Two photos of my best catch. Yes, the largest Trout I've caught was the 16" Brown I caught at Bonny Brook on the LeTort in Carlisle, PA - a wild Brown mind you. It was a great catch - great fight. I did get the fish on land with a net in order to take the photo. Then I revived it until she was ready to swim away, and she did. Here it is - beautiful fish.
