"a fly line runs through it" - pretty clever huh? ok, clever enough. I'm a fly fisherman and a fly tyer. I thought it would be nice to have a place to talk about that - to share that with those who may be interested. so here it is - the angler's quarter. fishing stories, fly patterns, photos, and links to other sites are among what you'll find here - have fun! alan creech ::: links >>> > orvis ![]() |

Fishing? What's that? I can't remember. It's foggy. I still look longingly at every River and Creek I drive over or past on any road going anywhere. I have snap fantasies of myself standing down there in the water popping that fly underneath the tree limbs on the far bank. I'll get there again. My Dad, who taught me to love fishing, has had two major surgeries in the last week and a half and he's doing very well. I plan to be fishing with him again - maybe next year - maybe THIS year. And of course I'll go alone, and with one of my children, or with a friend. I'll let you know. ::: posted by > + Alan at 9:47 AM | -------------------------------
